At Villa Royale we encourage our guests to respect and treat the property with responsibility and courtesy by following some basic rules:

Check-Out time: 10am

It Is Strictly Forbidden To:

• Smoke inside the house.
• Use any illegal or prohibited substance inside the property
• Make loud noises after 11pm.
• Deteriorate furniture decoration or property itself.
• Remove anything from this property at any time for any reason.

We Kindly Ask You To:

• Respect the maximum number of occupants at all times: 25.
• Turn off AC units while room windows/doors are open.
• Keep exterior doors locked.
• Place all your valuable items in a safe box.
• Park in the driveway, do not block the street for any reason.
• Do not leave valuables in your car.

Pool Rules:

• Children are to be supervised at all times.
• Swim at your own risk.
• No lifeguard on duty.
• Shower before swimming.
• No running / No diving
• No horseplay or ball play
• No glass in the pool area.
• No foreign objects in the pool / whirlpool.
• No bubble bath, shampoo or foam in the pool/ whirlpool.
